Sara Lee Hosiery was preparing to introduce a new line of hosiery
that combined the benefits of elegance and comfort. They wanted consumer
input on functionality, name and packaging. |

E X E C U T I O N |
| Working
with the agency, we did street intercepts, in-store at-the-rack spycam
interviews and videotaped focus groups to combine the insights of
more than 100 women about the product. |
|
R E S U L T |
| The
results were presented with useful input on the final name and with
directional input on package design. The women clearly described the
yin and yang of hosiery in their lives and their desire for something
attractive that still felt comfortable. |
